Senior Avid students spent the first 6 weeks of the school year applying to colleges. They are required to apply to a minimum of four schools and acceptance letters have already been received by several happy seniors.

Senior Avid is also planning fieldtrip visits to the University of North Texas and the University of Texas in Arlington around the first week in November. And, they are writing college entrance essays for Topics A, B, and C for the Texas Common Application in preparation for scholarship applications and the important search for funding.
